✶ Running an operational, revenue-generating business
✶ Building a business for good — this could include:
— Innovative business models or systems
— Environmental or sustainability-focused practices
— Progressive hiring or leadership policies
— Ground-breaking use of technology
— Operating as a B Corp, NGO, charity, co-op, or social enterprise
— Disrupting your industry for the better
