As a mentor, you’ll share your hard-earned insights, grow your network, and support entrepreneurs building businesses that matter. Join a global community of values-led leaders, guide a 12-week peer cohort, and take part in meaningful events, panels, and workshops.

Application Criteria — Mentors
We’re looking for seasoned business leaders who’ve walked the walk — veterans who know the highs, the lows, and everything in between. If you’ve built, scaled, or led with purpose, and believe in paying it forward, we want to hear from you.
To apply, you should be:
✶ An experienced founder, operator, or business leader
✶ Passionate about supporting purpose-driven entrepreneurs
✶ Committed to showing up for a 12-week peer cohort (1hr per week)
✶ Aligned with our ethos that business can and should be a force for good
Commitment Required — Minimal, Meaningful
→ Lead a 1-hour peer cohort call each week for 12 weeks.
→ Try to attend 1x in-person event (if one is organised near you)
→ Deliver 1x talk or Q&A for the wider network (live or recorded)
→ Your profile to be featured publicly on our website
→ Session recordings saved in the premium members area (hosted on Squarespace)
